ST ELIAS (under construction)
Bordering on a tear-down, this family opted to save the house and work with what they had. The project is a total gut remodel on the inside with an addition of a master bedroom suite and single car garage. A homeowner built project, and although they did not follow the plans exactly, we think it is turning out rather nicely!
