This 750 square ft. condo located downtown in the South Addition neighborhood, was completely gutted and remodeled, adding a powder room and laundry. We built in all the closets, beds, bedside tables, sofa, bookshelves and entry storage for a family of four. The space is much more efficient and feels bright, organized and more spacious.
